I thought I might change it up a little wanting to add some of those Lowlights?Highlights? Coloring infused in with my color product and. In a deep auburn or burgundy but not having more red come thru! I am so happy that thecustomer service people care enough like they say they do, and referred me to my color specialist, who within 12 hours, called me back and we discussed what I was looking for! After 10 minutes of full conversation about hair coloring, my specific hair needs, and what I wanted, but wanting to keep my base the same, the color stylist artist came up with a suggestion and she was right! I would lose my base color if she had to remove and add anymore deep red to it! That is what I did not want , so I stayed with my oil color. He lopegether and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! #NGU on what works! If it isn't broken, don't try to FIX IT! So my color is beautiful and I. AM SSTTAYING WHAIWnt, want a picture for rest?.whats it worth to ya. Lol...smiling have day fellow E-SALON MEMBERS! YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! Guaranteed, WHO CAN TOP THAT! Love the color!! After answering a few questions about what I wanted, I received the exact color I hoped for. It's perfect. Also like the fact it comes in mail, so I never have to wonder what to buy.
Having a busy full time job, I don't often get time to go to the hairdressers. With this being delivered to my home on a regular basis, it means I am able to keep my roots from showing and cover the grey, without any hassle.
Having a colourist to talk to is great. When I wanted to change my colour, we talked it through and voila it was changed.

If a person has longer hair, I can understand going to a salon. But since I keep mine very short, this is the best way to color. And I can do thing around the house while it is setting. Excellent!!

I appreciate the concept of eSalon. I hated going to the salon and waiting two to three hours to have my hair colored every four to six weeks. eSalon allows me to do it on my schedule, my color choice and my freedom to walk around the house and get chores done. I am very happy with this hair dye, it's far superior to any shop bought ones no matter what the brand, the colour lasts a lot longer than all others I had tried in the past.
I recently went from being a natural blonde with even blonder highlights to a vibrant Red head! My hair dresser did the initial red coloring using the Framesi products that are his standard. A light bulb went off for me, "hey, I can color my own hair now" , after 10 years of getting highlights, I had forgotten at home hair color was even an option hahaha!
I used my first round or esalon Custom Hair Color and absolutely loved the result! It was like they looked at the picture I uploaded and said " okay girl, we got you, and we are going to turn your color up to 11). Even my husband who is COLORBLIND could tell the color was a livelier shade/tone. So yeah, its pretty good...

This product is easy to use and has no strong odor (as do box brands from the local store).

This product has the best gray coverage than any home priduct I have ever used. Mahogany Red. I even had a stylist tell me that she loved my hair color. Asked if it was natural. Lol.
I'm 100% gray now. I have used my eSalon coloring for the second time. Covers my grays completely. I do touch ups every four weeks. The color is a perfect match to the coloring done at the hair salon. Only going back for my hair cuts. Coloring will be done at home from now on.

I sent in my picture when I placed my order and the eSalon team mixed up a custom color that looks great. I was afraid it would be too dark, but it perfectly complements my skin tone and eye color. So far, it seems to be holding up against my grays a lot longer than my previous store-bought brand. Looking forward to my next order!
I love e-Salon! Yes, it is a little more expensive than going to the store and grabbing a box of color, but it is cheaper than going to the salon and if you want to tweak the color, you get to do that at no extra cost. My color lasts for a long time and it is a red, so you know how fantastic a claim that is. My color never turns brassy or looks wrung out. My naturally graying hair provides highlights and my hair is always in great condition. Now, I don't use shampoo very often, I am a baking soda cleaner and vinegar conditioner girl, and I believe this helps, but I was doing that before I started using e-Salon and no other brand lasted this long. Great job!!
When I first signed up for eSalon I was not sure this would work for me. I have colored my hair a few times and was not real happy with the results or it did not last. I love the color change. I followed the directions exactly and the change is subtle and lovely. My salon stylist remarked, you don't color your hair. It is so healthy and shiny. I told her, yes, I colored it two weeks previously. She wanted to know what brand that could be. My hair was unbelievably shiny!

This is by far the best hair colouring treatment I have ever used. My hair has never felt so good, the colour is just right and doesn't have that awful yellowy tinge some hair dyes leave you with as the colour fades. I recommend this to everyone
I was having a hard time covering my grey roots and it matching the rest of my hair. They custom made me one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair, which created a seamless colour application. I have been touching up my routs since and I love it! The grey hair gives me natural highlights with the red tones in my custom hair colour choice. I have recommended this to everyone who can't afford to go to the salon!
I love eSalon, the bend is perfect every time, plus I don't need to think about when to buy as it's on a standing order. I wanted to go lighter and so messaged eSalon and was responded to a couple of days later. They even called me to make sure we were on the same wave length. The only thing I don't like is the mess of doing it myself, but for the price what do I expect! Super happy, what are you waiting for?

I learned how to apply color years ago from my sister, a stylist/salon owner. We live in different cities now and I hated needing to make a trip to the salon to apply color every few weeks even though I love my stylist. I save money, time and have the convenience of applying whenever I want at home or on the road. I have shared the eSalon package with several friends as it is presented beautifully and feels like luxury!
I was a little nervous at first but I love this product. It matched my current color perfectly. Usually I buy the store brands and I notice a huge different in my hair and have to wait for it to tone down a bit after washing a few times. This time it wasn't a huge change, it was perfect. Only difference was my roots and grey hair. I love this. Will continue using.
This really is far better than drug store brands. Richer, more lustrous, dimensional color. Longer lasting by weeks. I also love the shampoo and conditioner included in the pack.

I have noticed a lot of red after applying the color.I tried leaving it in only 30 minutes instead of 40 and that is perfect!I am really happy with it.TYVM!

I used and applied the touch up color exactly as directed. I have grey hair around face and temple. The coverage looked good on first application and drying but grey hair showed thru about 5 days after coloring. Need longer time on maybe?
Shine and softness of hair was excellent after application.
The color kit instructions.are easy to follow & the color looks shiny and soft. The bottles are large, usually have alot more color left over. I'd suggest customers should be able to select and order the size of the bottles or be able to select how many ounces needed based on individual's hair length .
The first time I used this product I loved it. It was excellent covering my gray/white hair at the roots mostly. It made my hair feel soft and manageable. I would recommend this product to anyone.
