There is a learning curve. But once you get it right, it does help remove what looks like a landing strip on your head. At least gives you coverage until you can color your hair again. Just remember, this is a less is more product. Too much and it's like the Halloween hair spray we've used for dressing up as the Princess of Darkness.

it is like spray paint for your hair. I did not like how it looked like overspray on my forehead. Works best for the top of your head but not the sides or front. I have it and I'll use it but probably won't buy it again.

Due to thyroid disease, my hair is at least 65-70% grey/white, which is a stark contrast to my dark hair. Ironically, my hair grows quickly, so I need to color every 4 weeks to keep up. I rarely am able to manage to do it as needed, so I’ve tried all of the other brands and types (powder, spray, etc) of temporary in-between color touch ups. All of them are messy and/or come off on my hands if you touch it. I tend to tuck my hair behind my ears a lot causing it to stain my fingers/nails. But the eSalon Camo Mist dries FAST and doesn’t come off if you touch it or on my pillow. It’s easy to apply without making a mess or over-spraying. And it looks great - natural and truly covers all the grays and whites until I can finally get around to coloring. Love love love it!!!

The light brunette works to color but it is messy and the fumes are noxious. Prefer the wand which they do not carry in the light brown/dark blonde. So I had to order the wand from one of the competitors.

Covers the new growth, natural color & grey at my part line. A little challenging to use near facial hairline as it comes out too strong from the canister and requires a heavy push on the button.

It works great but a little hard to apply at first. It just takes a couple of times to get the hang of it. The short big burst of mist goes right where you're pointing it! Coverage is great and took 20 yrs off in a few minutes! I love it!

I thought this would be just like all the others I've tried. It covers ok, but feels gross to touch after. This is not that way at all. The coverage looks so natural and it doesn't feel like you've sprayed. I will definitely be continuing to include this in my monthly kit.

At first it looked darker than my hair color but after I combed it in it matched much better and also made my hair feel a lot thicker. Would I buy it again? I'd like to try another brand first and compare.

The spray is harder to aim and localize than the wand but it does work well.
It's a good way to cover gray at the roots I'm those last few days before your new color. Because it isn't your exact blend of color, it isn't a perfect match, but it does the job.
After experimenting with applying, I found the spray was concealing my white roots around my face; however, it was darker than anticipated - but - it does blend in!
I hate that I have any need at all for this product. It is no better or worse than any other sprays to cover grays. I HATE the way any and all of them feel in my hair and if you forget that it's there and scratch your head, your fingers and nails are dark brown. It makes it feel stiff and powdery all at the same time but it covers the grays, so I guess that's the point. I just wish there was one of these covering sprays that didn't leave such an awful feeling residue.

I've never received my products.Idk where Fedex guy brought my package but not too my address and I'm really upset because I love your hair products. So sad that someone took it or Fedex dropped off at wrong address.
The only problem for me was the color match. I didn't want a darker color as it wouldn't blend in but this is more light auburn that dark auburn.
Love that it doesn't get sticky and heavy, feels very natural.
The color blends well and I would say it sets well. I wish I could control and gage how fast or slow it comes out. It can get everywhere if you're not careful.
Takes a little getting used to. The color is a good match. It is challenging for me to get coverage only on my hair as I seem to get most of this spray color on my scalp.
Did not like the free shampoo and conditioner with product this time when washing hair no suds and and conditioner after rinsing wasn’t soft hard to get brush through.

Takes a few times to get it right. But a little goes a long way a couple of shots a minute to dry and good till next washout. I use a cotton pad on face framing areas. FYI LADIES MICELLAR WATER REMOVES HAIR COLOR. found out the hard way.

I like it. It's a little sticky for me, but I still use it and like the results. I'm sure they'll improve the formula.
When I get to the point it about time to color again, this product is the bomb with helping cover those grays. Only draw back is take care when using, it can get messy.
Need a lighter blonde shade but this is the best greys-at-the-roots product

Takes a little practice but in the end is really great as a grey root color. However, the Dark Blonde is a little too dark for me so I end up with an unintended ombre look - PLEASE MAKE IT IN LIGHT BLONDE!
The team was able to select a color for touch ups to hold me over until the next time I colored. Great match, easy to use....but it doesn't last long. Small size will be great to travel with.
The color matched very well and covered well.. my only issue is the spray...which is cold and strong. When using around the face I found it difficult to not get on the face
It worked and it didn’t work. Let me explain. I have thin hair naturally and covering gray roots has always been a challenge. Camo mist worked to a certain extent and did make a difference, but no matter how much you sprayed on you could still see those gray roots. I felt better using it, so that was a benefit. Will keep using it as it did make a difference, just not the same as the actual hair color.

As someone who is in photos as part of my job sometimes you need to cover your roots quick! With dark hair and greys this works in a pinch. It does feel sticky and leave your hair a bit rigid however, but worth the effect.
I really like the product but wrong color.To much red tone but the coverage is what I am looking for.Really simple and quick to dry but price point is to high for me but maybe if rotate with color would be good.
I really did not care a whole lot for this product and I do not think it was worth the money to buy this product since it was not really permanent. It did not do a whole lot for the auburn color I was looking for.
I really like the convenience of the camo mist touch up, however 4 stars only as it is totally noticeble. When I use it I spray a little hair oil on top to mask the powdery line it leaves on the hair follicle.
Terrific for emergencies when you can't take care of your regrowth right away. The product is a little tacky and stiff in the hair but covers grey well.
I like the coverage however it does come off on your hands so I wished there was a way to be able to make it stay on your hair without coming off onto clothing and skin
It’s good for spraying at an area that is thin to give look of fuller hair. I think the color is too dark for medium blonde. I don’t like the way it makes my hair feel ( Dry and powder-like
I liked the product in that it was easy to apply and cover well between coloring - however it seemed to kind of change the texture of my hair and made it feel kind of heavy and sticky or even felt a little dirty - but as far as covering the gray between coloring it worked!
