I was honestly scared I may have ordered the wrong color. It came out beautiful. Sheer but not too sheer and covered my grey hair. Looks natural and has color depth. Cant wait for my next shipment.

Most wonderful colour ever!

I chose my colour and submitted pictures of my hair indoors and in natural light. I was skeptical as after many expensive salon trips and not liking the outcome (fading quickly too) to box dyes which either go black or fade very very warm - I didn’t know if I would expect the same thing. I opted for medium ash brown - wanting to rid of my redness from brown box dyes and wanting closer to my natural colour.. I half expected the typical at home choose brown get black situation.. omg! I am beyond BEYOND pleased!! The box arrived as cute as can be with everything I needed, everything individually wrapped and placed and easy to use and read instructions! I followed the instructions to a tee and I can honestly say I’m so glad I placed the order. I will be continuing with this colour - it’s Perfect! The exact medium brown I wanted using ash to cover most of the red - there is a slight red undertone but considering the red in my hair, the fact it’s mostly gone is unbelievable especially when my hair now looks brown! Absolutely no where near black! The compliments I received today were wonderful too with everyone thinking I had gone to the salon too! Absolute must - I had so much communication and personal emails from a colourist too! 10/10 I highly recommend!!!

I like that the color set is delivered to your home and that you have your own colorist. I also love how it comes with everything that you need to color your hair. In addition, the price is very reasonable. I like the red mahogany color I chose and my colorist did an awesome job with the color and the color lasts longer. Annette A.H.

I always manage to have red tints whenever I get brown color. ESALON has changed that, no more red tints! I love it

I have been using eSalon Custom Color for a little under a year. The color payoff is amazing, the instructions are easy to understand, and the product speaks for itself. Additionally, it is easy to adjust your color from one shipment to the next. I appreciate the wonderful customer service when making adjustments. I prefer putting in the time at home to color my hair rather than spending hours in a salon chair.
