Problem with shippingHi -- I'm just getting around to using my March shipment. Running late, hair in dyer need, I know. Anyway, the bottle of color had spilled, leaving it a little more than half full. There is dried color product that ran down the side of the bottle and into the tray. The rest of the contents are fine. Looks to me as if the lid was not secured?? If you want me to send back the kit, I will, but I need to use what is left today. Wonderful Hair ColorThis company is professional all the way. Continually working with & providing the customer with a perfect salon hair color. To apply the product is fool-proof if you follow the easy instructions. All the materials you need are in the box. They are spot on with the right hair coloring, but wish it covered the gray around my temples a bit better. Have left it on longer in that area during the coloring, but it does wash out easy. Perfect!The first time I used it, the color was not what I was expecting. After consulting with the colorist, the next color was perfect. I am in the third week with minimum fading (red is very hard to keep, especially in Florida). Easy to useIt was easy to use, great instructions. It came with plenty of color. The only drawback is the same as with box color, color did fade after a couple of weeks. Switching colorsI cannot find how to communicate with the right person. My hair, as shown in today's picture, has grown out to be silver-gray as my natural.
