Product did exactly what I asked -- I had used a box dye that I liked and because of the different base color, my hair turned more of a purple than a red. I asked eSalon to help me tone down the purple and bring out the copper colors and they did a great job. It's still a little darker than I'd like, but I'll have to live with that for now. Color was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow.

Although the color looked almost black during the application, once rinsed, washed and styled the Medium Blond color was perfect. Had a friend help and it was super simple. What a savings! Thanks!

First time to do my own coloring. Viewed helpful videos several times, purchased the cape, tools and could not have been happier. Not sure if I will continue to do it myself but now I know I can when circumstances warrant doing it myself. Definitely will have it on hand and ready to use. Color perfect. Thank you!,

Thank you sooo much I absolutely love my new hair color and the highlights. It was soooo easy. The instructions and everything that was in my personal box with my name was GREAT! I'm very happy and I don't think I'll be back to a salon again.
