Updated: amazing customer service and productMy initial color did not turn out as red as I was expecting it to, so I sent an email to their customer service as I was expecting a phone call to take hours and to be on hold forever, and unfortunately the representative I was emailing with was not receptive to what I was saying and didn't seem to really care about the customers. I was so frustrated that I decided to just call anyways, despite my incredibly busy full time school and work schedule, and I'm so glad that I did. The call did not take long at all as I was expecting. The representative I spoke with on the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful and immediately had the color reformulated and sent to me. I can now say that I love this service! The color is beautiful and the dye did not damage my hair whatsoever! My hair still feels incredibly healthy and soft and I'm amazed with the quality of the dye and the customer service (by phone at least) for this company. getting it right!when i told my colorist about my hair color it was too brassy and just not liking it, she fixed my color and gave me personal instructions with detail on how to apply. Colour and coverageI wrote earlier however what I wrote was misinterpreted. I like the colour -your site did not give an option to say although it was darker I was pleased with that so it was decided I was displeased. My only issue was the grey overage around my face. I have a tenacious circle around my face which is white and difficult to take colour. I WAS SHOCKED!I am 64 years old and I have never found a hair color type that actually covered ALL my grey hair! Store bought, beauty shop, none of them covered the grey COMPLETELY until eSalon. Great colourGreat colour, really vibrant. Followed the instructions to the letter but seems to lose colour quite a bit from two points of view, whites appear paler and eventually show through very quickly and also every time i wash my hair more red comes out even after quite a few washes! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
