Golden brown root touch upI have just coloured my grey roots with the first kit provided. I have followed the instructions exactly. What happened to my shine?This left my once-shiny hair very dull and ugly. I followed the directions exactly so I'm not sure what happened. I was hoping after a couple washings the shine would return, however, that has not happened. I got better results with my drugstore brand. Sorry, but this does not work on my hair. No obvious resultsIt did not came out with the desired color i was aiming for. It is the same color as my hair. It look like it did not work at all eveb if i strictly followed the instructions. custom hair colorit is nice to get a hair color made just for you. you do not get that from a box. i liked it and it was as easy to use as if it came from a box. color seems to last longer than store bought. but i am waiting to see, i will be recieving my 2nd order in april. i will revise my rating then. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
