I’ve spent the last few years gently struggling with my colorist- who seemed not to hear me, and kept making me blonder and blonder. I finally decided to take the leap, and I sent a picture, and my goal to my assigned colorist at esalon. She knocked it out of the park. It covered beautifully, and I have the dark strawberry blonde hair of my dreams. It works with my complexion, it works with my natural hair color instead of fighting it, and my hair is shiny and silky. I’m hooked.

I absolutely love the custom colour sets, there is everything you need to apply your colour in the box and the instructions are simple and clear. Being able to make adjustments to your next colour based on results is brilliant. The colour itself applies really well and leaves hair feeling in really good condition afterwards.

My colorist nailed the color for my gray coverage on the first order. I believe sending a photo really helps them to identify the right mix. I appreciate the questions I got about the match from the very beginning and how to make any adjustments, if needed.
