Love this Program, for First Timers Doing it by themselvesIlliana E was my Colorist. I have medium length hair and I hadn't had my hair colored for almost 4 months. The white had grown out but having medium Blonde hair on the ends it wasn't as noticeable but it needed a touch of TLC. This program had easy to follow instructions that were very easy to follow. Loved the light brown color!Loved the fact that you can send in pictures of your hair. I received a response from the stylist telling me the color I picked was too dark, and guess what, she was right. The light brown was perfect. I’ve never colored my own hair before and was worried it wouldn’t come out, but I was so wrong. I plan on doing this from now on and it’s a big money saver. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. SpeechlessHoly S#&@ This was beyond what I could have hoped for! Shipping took some time, however I blame it on the current state of the world. The colour! Wow! I am literally blown away by how great my roots are, compared to my previously, very dark ends! My entire hair is uniformed and the RICHEST brown! I have asked stylists for this colour for years! First time coloring my hair myself....Success!!Quite honestly I had very low expectations of how well this was going to work and not because of the product but because of my own unqualified self doing it! You always here the quote "it's the little things that really matter". Well, whoever thought of the sticker to hang the directions on the mirror is brilliant! Because as I was trying to put color on with my unprofessional skills, it was incredibly helpful to have the directions in front of my face to keep re-reading to make sure I was doing it correctly. The directions were easy to follow and the videos that are available were also very useful to watch before trying for the first time. The color came out fantastic!!! Totally covered all my grey (which is always difficult to color) and when washed through the rest of my hair at the end of the processing time and left on for a few minutes, blended with the rest of my hair and left it looking like I had some high and low lights.
