My experienceVery upset! I was sent what I had ordered. However, the light blonde color was anything but light. It was medium to dark blonde. And it took a month to get it. It had to be resent. So it took a month. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color did nothing!I applied my color and it didn’t change anything. Very disappointed since it didn’t even color my grays that were coming out. Very much disappointing. I ended up putting a L’Oréal color on and it colored my hair as I wanted... Not sure what happened with the E salon color. This was my first ever order, as well. Update 3/8/21 Thank you, I do see now where you are allowing myself to reorder a new color for free. I thank you so much! Roots OnlyColor really poorly done: very, very brassy and red. Wish I had gone to the salon. I wanted to darken my hair from light blonde to medium blonds - closer to my natural dark blonde color, but they sent a roots only kit. Not what I wanted at all. Best Coverage ever!!Well I looked for ages at this site after having hairdressers dye my hair for years. I moved location and found that they wanted £145 to cut and dye my hair. So I decided to give e-Salon a go because of their prices and of course lockdown. I’m absolutely delighted. The colour went on very well and my hair feels so much better. ExcellentI was a bit skeptical at first given that I have been spending a fortune and been having my hair coloured at a salon for so long now that because of lockdown I decided to try esalon. I have to say I love the colour, the flexibility with ordering, the condition of my hair, coverage etc. so much so that I have decided to continue colouring my hair myself.
