Love the product and they fixed the problemI absolutely love esalon. The dyes is amazing and it is easy to apply. The only problem I had was it wasn't the right shade. Amazing kitThe kit was well equipped and most appreciated. The instructions were great and the product was wonderful. I am sad that the color looks orange, not anyone's fault, we will keep trying. Custom color set PERFECT!I love how I just answered a few questions and just like that they sent me a color that was right for me. It was gentle on my hair and evenly colored my hair even though I had lots of highlights. I was afraid it might turn too dark but it didn't. Excellent colour matchThis was the first time that I had attempted to colour my hair and I put off doing it for ages. Truly AmazingI have been colouring my hair for 20 years and this is by far the best colour I have ever had on my hair. It looks so beautiful, the colour is shiny and covered all my greys.
