CoverageI started at my roots and the middle and the sides which are the worst it left a lot of grey didn’t cover very well, the product itself was nice thick and tools were great low smell and was a great match for color. Love the colorI absolutely love the color. Only problem I have is the color faded fast, within 2 weeks, on my ends. It did not cover all my grey hair, and my roots are much darker then my ends. Once my color is fixed, I’ll update 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

The Esalon team is great-products just so-soThe esalon hair specialists work very hard to ask the right questions and be helpful. Unfortunately I can only assume they just don’t have the products that work as they hoped. They tried several times to send me color based on my desire for dark neutral blonde. The products turned my hair either very brassy or extremely dark brown that faded to reddish brown. Liked it in the past, but won't be continuingI loved my color when it was a straightforward shade. The two times I've asked for something more unusual, it hasn't gone well. The recent order was frustrating enough that I've canceled the plan—I didn't trust the shade as mixed, and while I was told I could return it, it would have cost upwards of $20 in postage to do so. If you want a basic color, the system is great. If you want anything unusual or more experimental, the process isn't so easy or trustworthy. DissatisfiedI have not had a good experience with this second color! I sent a picture of the color I desired which was a rinse I used you sent me what you called “intense red” The color you sent took my color down several shades to a dark plum! Wrong color!Well..... no blonde left on this head of mine, officially brunette.
