Turned my hair BLACKI followed the instructions meticulously and the end results was black hair. OMG, I was very disappointed. I was traveling out the town the next day to see family and had to figure something out. Had to go on line to find a remedy to lighen my hair. Way too dark, looks blackTurned my hair black. Tried 5 washes to see if color would lessen but it hasn’t. Going to try a color remover. Possibly a visit to the salon to fix. Not HappyI thought this was going to be grey coverage, it was not. The color wasn't dark at all and just looked like a my natural hair color. I was trying for a much darker tone. Slightly disappointedThis color turned out very brassy despite my following the instructions to a T. It also didn’t cover up my grays. It would be perfect without the brass and if it covered my gray.
