Impressive and Gorgeous!The delay in receiving my order prompted me to call to cancel. The CSR informed me that day my order had shipped. I received it Tuesday, April 14th and opened it to proceed on Wednesday, April 15th. The kit is beautifully organized and classy. The personal touch of adding my name and custom color was really nice. The cute poem set the mood for me to feel confident in doing the base bump myself for the first time ever. The instructions are easy to follow. The results are better than the salon base bump color I get done every four weeks. Loved the experience and am going to restart my subscription for every four weeks. Now if I can figure out how to do my highlights myself I will be over the moon thrilled. Amazing!I have always been to a salon for my hair for many years but when the U.K. lockdown started a few weeks ago I was recommended to try your colour!! I was so impressed. The whole site is easy to use and the consultation really useful as you put up a current pic of your hair and everything is considered before one of the colourists makes your colour up.
