FIRST TIME USERI was a little nervous to use this. I have been going to a salon for a few years now & I didn't want to ruin what my stylist had done. With covid & not being able to go to the salon, I thought I'd give this a try based on the positive reviews. I'm glad I did. It was pretty easy and the color turned out great & didn't feel or look dried out like it can with some box dyes that I have tried in the past. WOW!I received my redo kit from Esalon in hopes they would adjust the formula to better cover my greys and two tone color left from using first kit, and all I have to say is WOW!! The stylist Noelle knocked it out the park! I’m truly satisfied with this redo kit and will definitely sign up for future kits to maintain this wonderful color! Color lovely!!!Just had to share how happy I am with the the color sets, and the most recent is even better with the extra color for tips! My hair feels so soft after applying , and the color is just the shade and shine I hoped for! Fantastically easyThe packaging was complete without a detail neglected. The instructions were exact and simple to follow .The color was exactly what was shown. It is easy to interact with your colorist to make any modifications . I am so pleased. I added photos with my request so that my colorist can give me feedback and suggestions.
