Fantastic ProductThis is just like going to a real salon! The product is wonderful, when I wanted to adjust the color, they did so without hesitation or additional cost and the consult was complete and personal. So Nice and EasyBefore the pandemic, I got my hair done every 3-4 months, properly cut, colored, and styled. Since the pandemic, I haven't felt safe doing that, but I really needed help! This is great because I can do my own hair, and I can enjoy different colors without worrying about it totally stripping or damaging my hair. I Absolutely love this !!!I’ve been a customer for awhile now and love the products. Have switched my formula a few times because I am a natural redhead but thru the years went darker. One hang up...Hi! I have been meaning to mention this for a while. The esalon kits are wonderful, but CLIPS!!! I find myself using pony holders or bobby pins, and it’s just not great. I LOVE that we get two pairs of gloves, but if 4 super basic clips would be included, I would be grateful. As the directions actually call for clips, it seems reasonable to assume they would be included in an “all inclusive salon colour experience.” I feel like I struggle to have even sections that are easy to work with without clips. That said, I need to space my colour kits out a bit more as the colour seems to last well- I haven’t tried my new formula, but I have always been happy with the colour product itself. Good color matchI colored just the roots, and the match was very close. I had to repeat the application in areas where my hair was more white than grey (temples, sides, bits of part) . There was enough product for a second application and coverage was better after the second application. I wonder if it's possible to get a separate amount of a darker color to apply to those areas at same time when doing the roots? I have long hair and there wasn't quite enough shampoo/conditioner for a good wash. Really like the freedom your product provides to control when to touch up roots. reunited with blondeI DO NOT let anyone ever touch my hair.. When i was 21.. someone at a salon when i was 21 years old,, the colorist totally bleached and ruined my existing hair.. till i found my blonde hair specialist and have NEVER skewed away from him.. However,, i have bought my colour from them for 4 years now to DIY.. but to get htem on the phone,, and to park etc,, is such a hassle.. yet i went. Now they lacked returning my call 3 times, so i decided not to be feel stuck .. and try something else that could be even better.. what did i find? ESALON.. i was nervous AF.. i kid you not.. i was excited but nervous ,, but i knew awsnt with bleach.. and its covid times os now would be the time to try it out.. Ordered ,, did the colour,, and I AM not just impressed with the packaging and all hte little final touches on their products.. i truly loved the whole experinec.. from ordering, to connecting with the colorist ,, to the final product. my old con,, for me personally,, and it may be because i am used to doing my own for years.. is that i dont find it effective to do my roots putting my hair in 4 sections,, i used maybe half the bottle ... and waited what happened? it truly dindt really take on much of a shade difference where i was happy.. it made me feel kinda bummed. but still hopeful i then put my son to bed,, and while there i thought,, OMG 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
