So natural lookingI started using this product two colorings ago. Love how natural my hair looks. The first time I think it was a tad to light. I sent a message to my colorist and she redid the formula. Love the end product. Again very natural looking and perfect. Not to light and not to dark!!! I have had so many compliments on the color. Wish I had made the switch sooner. And the main reason I had switch was that my grey would not stay covered. I don’t have the issue any more. New formula not covering grey roots for long. Always start with a lighter colorEasy to use. Easily able to change shipment date, if needed. I really wished I had started with a lighter color as it seems one can't go lighter from original color chosen. That said, I do like how my color is developing, with gradual changes made. My first application was terrific on coloring gray roots.
