Can't seem to get the product on timeThe package seems to take forever. I backed up my order by a week with the hope that it would get here sooner, but no luck. Was supposed to have my own colorist, yet I've tried to reach out several times and the only time I will get a response from her is the email asking if I want to add more products to my order.
