Very dissatisfied and disappointedI was really excited to receive my color kit. When ordering it I was asked about specifics and I specifically said I did not want a color that would make my hair yellow or brassy looking. . Sadly the color sent did leave my hair brassy and is a Ridiculous, unnatural shade . I was embarrassed to be out in the sunlight and will more than likely have to wear a hat until this mess grows out. Can not recommend your product. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color a bit too golden.I ‘m ok with the color but.... not happy, I know you adjusted it to make it softer but I think you have added golden color and I think it needs to be more reddish brown.?. I am very happy! It was Brilliant!I sent a photo to photo@esalon and I am really happy with out this turned out. Thank ESALON and my colorist!!! I have red hair coloring that is very tricky and this was perfect. I am so relieved it went so well. I followed the instructions. This was my FIRST TIME in coloring my hair so you can imagine I was scared. But the whole procedure was simple and got a really professional SALON product only better! This was back in April when I first tried it. I was so nervous but the kit and instructions made it so easy and it turned out great. It is now early September and I just wanted to add additional and continuing thanks to my colorist Yvette who adjusted my color wonderfully on last month's order and I am VERY happy with what she did. PerfectSwitched up my color for summer. Asked to add a little more gold and red to the color they created during covid. And it was as perfect as the first color they created. So instead of going to the salon every 12+ weeks, and $250+ I'm paying less and doing it way more often (ie no grays or roots show ever) and still less money. Win-Win!
