personalized serviceI got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. Custom colourIt was easy to apply... The colour covered all my grey regrowth which has been usually stubborn to cover and it didnt cover my roots lighter..usually with store bought colour my roots would always be lighter than the actual colour but with this esalon this was not an issue...and....it lasts longer and my hair isn't as dry... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Perfect colourHi , this is my first time using the product, I can honestly say i love it ! The colour is just perfect for me , your one to one service is brilliant, , I am more then happy with the results .
