GREAT STUFF AND GRRREEEAAATTT CUSTOMER SERVICE (10 STARS OUT OF 5!)I originally posted a negative review only because I guess I wasn't using it right as this awesome team at e-salon gave me a call to find out why I was unhappy, I told them that they sent me a strong formula and I think it was wrong and it would make my hair fall out. Well this nice wonderful lady walked me through the process and it wasn't wrong and it wasn't going to make my hair fall out after all. So she sent me a new order since I wasted the first order by only leaving it on my head for 10 mins thinking my hair was going to fall off, and it was sent at no charge to me!! Everything that I had originally ordered was sent again, at no charge. I am so thrilled with this company and I encourage everyone to use them and work with them if you have any concerns or reservations as the folks on the other side KNOW what they are talking about. Love the color!I haven’t colored my hair in quite some time, I had decided to embrace my gray hair. After a couple of years, I decided that I wasn't ready to look this old.
