Stand behind their product and service!My previous review indicated the product did not provide enough gray coverage. Esalon connected with me, adjusted my formula and shipped out my new color. It is now RADIANT, COVERED ALL GRAY! LOVE IT and applied to be an Ambassador. Any organization that is willing to make it right..Gets my 100% support and advocacy! BeautifulI was a bit sceptical at first, changing from blond to copper but I shouldn’t have, my son applied the colour, yes you heard, my son, he’s never carried out a procedure like this and wow, he did really well, well done Scott!!
