You lost my business over a brushI didn't know that you had to keep the brush from the first order. When I called to inquire, esalon said they would be happy to send me one with my next order. Fantastic!I ordered the hair colour and was really nervous to use it. It was easy to use with the help of my hubby and wow 30 mins later I had the perfect colour exactly the colour on the chart!
