Customized Color!I have been using eSalon for about a year now. I was super skeptical, but, after the first kit came, I was hooked! All I had to do was send pictures of what my hair looked like currently, take a short quiz, and, pick a goal color! That's it! The Stylists were always very receptive, and, easy to communicate with, so, it made it a really great experience overall. When I requested to go lighter over the summer, eSalon jumped right in and made adjustments per my request! This is a really great fit for me. I receive my kit in the mail, and I can color my hair when it suites me. Beautiful colorthe color is what I expected it came out nice and shiny. The only thing is while you are in the Process it does have a heavy smell, but it goes way when you wash it. I still gave it a 5 star. It covered my gray beautifully... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Switched from Madison Reed to ESalonI like very much how a stylist reached out and contacts you. I ended with getting a dark brown for my roots and gold for the ends.
