wrong color/didnt likeThe color I ordered had an obvious red toned color (was called dark blonde copper) That name not only makes me believe it would have a red tone to it, the photo of the color shown showed red tone. However, the color I received had NO red in the formula at all. I had ordered this same dark blonde copper color formula in the past and was able to research it and found that all three times I had ordered this color from a now unused email, each formula had red in it. When I got this most recent color formula, no red at all listed in the pie graph and it turned out a bland mousey brown that I do not care for at all. I WANTED A RED TONE, thats why I chose that color. This last order was a remake of a previous order that again was not even the color I asked for to begin with therefore I was sent this latest color free to make up for the previous one sent....that one wasn't even the color name I request. doesn't lastI have ALOT of gray/white hair at the front of my head and I was excited to try this product and was impressed with the way the products were labeled used and explained. I followed the directions and was at first very happy with the results. but after about a week week.and a half my grays started coming back I was annoyed by this because I expected it to last longer but it didn't last any longer then the drug store versions. Not the Correct ColorFirst, I have been coloring my hair myself for 31 years and this is my first time depending on someone else who is supposed to be excellent a mixing colors and she totally blew it. My hair is washed out and not bright at all and damaged. I am so frustrated because this is supposed to be a great experience. Great Color!Again, thank you for the great color! Love the kit that comes with the easy instructions and tools you need to color your own hair, particularly during this time in our COVID world when it is not yet possible to go to a salon. It feels great to be able to cover the gray hair on my own and have the color just right. I used to be able to use store bought box dyes in my youth to play with color but this no longer works for me. I started going regularly to a salon, as a result. Home Coloring First-timerI was a bit nervous to dye my own hair at home because I never have! However, desperate times call for desperate measures so I went for it. I was really happy with how it turned out although I will admit I was a bit on the edge of my seat. I actually liked it so much I will do it again.
