Love the Color!Thank you to Karen W who suggested this color! I love it! I would have never chosen it but, while we were on the phone I sent her a photo of myself and told her I wanted to go darker. She was so patient on the phone and the time she took with me... Girl you Rock! My hair feels great too! Only now I need to switch from dimi-perm to Permanent! Great Color and Great ServiceThe box was cute and had everything I needed to color my hair at home. I have long thick hair and was skeptical about the two little bottles being enough but they covered all of my hair. The instructions were easy to follow and very thorough. My hair has been colored (a lot) and I was looking for a natural ash brown to cover up my balayage gone brassy and bad. The color they sent was the best at home color I've ever used and even though the results were still a little more golden and warm than I'd like, it was beautiful. I contacted the stylist about adding more ash and cool tones to my next color. They responded promptly and I am very excited to see what changes they have made. Brilliant Hair ColourI don't often write reviews but just had to say how brilliant this hair colour is. Exactly what I wanted and had so many good comments from colleagues and friends saying how much better my hair looks this rich warm chocolatey brunette shade. The instructions in the pack are clear and easy to follow. It took me about an hour to do my full head of very thick, curly hair. I also watched the "how to" videos beforehand which definitely helped me get an excellent result - my friends thought I had been to the hairdresser and everyone has complimented me on my new colour. All I can say is that, for me, eSalon custom hair dye is a brilliant alternative to brassy highlights that hairdressers insist is the best way to cover gray hairs. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.
