Lived the colour match - perfect!Great colour match, amazing kit and easy to follow instructions. I just don't feel that it has lasted very long as it needs to be done again after only 3 or 4 weeks. I can't tell if it has washed out or if its just hair regrowth, I only coloured my roots. I know e-Salon team can't control my hair regrowth and I would definitely recommend this product. Amazing Quality Set, definitely reccomend!My roots turned out a little too dark which is the absolute ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but overall the color was amazingly conditioning, and easy on my hair. The color turned out beautifully and as a set, the instructions were super easy to follow and all the little odd and ends that came with including the hairline guard and stain remover was amazing. Didn’t get what I wantedI was really excited to try out eSalon during the quarantine. I have been wanting to lighten my hair, but scared to do something dramatic. I thought using a dye might do the trick to lighten my hair one or two shades (natural dark brown hair). I honestly don’t know what I’m doing, and always prefer to go to a professional. I thought eSalon would do for now since they do a custom color, look at your pictures, and “listen” to what you want. The quiz was great, along with their customer service. The process of dying my hair was easy, and I followed the directions to the T. They say that the directions are tailored to your needs, but that wasn’t the case for me. My roots lightened but everything else stayed exactly the same. My directions were for somebody that had gray hair (I have none), which I thought was strange at first, but because their website said that the directions are specific to each customer, I thought I should follow them. In my comment when submitting the order, I specifically said I had no experience in haircolor and would appreciate their input in what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. Apparently they didn’t really take it into consideration. In the end, I wasn’t satisfied and won’t be ordering from them again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I love e color.I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice. I just put it all over my head and use my fingers to massage it in then wait for 40 minutes. I do need the extra thing that makes color stay longer. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
