Poor customer service, impossible to cancelI did not use the initial colour I was sent, deciding instead to go to a salon to get my hair coloured. This company auto shipped a second order despite never asking for this. I tried calling to cancel but the line provided was not in use. I tried emailing but have not received a response so I've been charged and received shipment of a second order which I have no intention of using. This is very frustrating. I'm annoyed to be out of pocket but also annoyed at the waste of having to throw this out unused. Good tesultThis is the third time I used eSalon products. I had noticed last time that although I carefully followed the application instructions the grey was not completely covered. This time I requested a slight darkening of the shade. This seemed to work and I am happy with the results. The reason for the 4 star review is that is is very hard for me to really get to all the grey roots , especially in the back. Cannot get color rightI’ve used this product twice, at the recommendation of the esalon colorists, very disappointed as my roots ( dirty blonde hair) have come out an orangish brassy color. Warm hues--just what I wantedI so appreciate the process of doing my own hair, considering a cut & color (medium priced salons) in my town runs about $225-275! Ruined My CountertopI've used your hair color a year ago, decided to give it another try because the compliments were non-stop and I loved it. I used most of the solution and noticed the bottle was warmer than when I started but I left the bathroom to set my timer and to get another towel.
