Perfect match!I usually don't leave reviews, good or bad, it's just not my thing. However, I really felt moved to do so about this product! I was super excited to receive my hair color finally yesterday, and honestly was really just hoping to cover my gray in my roots. I had resigned myself to the fact that my brown roots wouldn't lighten enough to match my blond hair, but in a time like this, I was happy to just get rid of the grays, and I'd deal with the brown later when my hairdresser opened back up. I was BLOWN AWAY that this color lightened my roots and matched the rest of my hair PERFECTLY! I was texting all of my friends to show them, I was just so elated! Other than user error of not being able to reach a spot or too in the back (not showing), this product was fantastic. Kudos to the color specialist who put this together! Great product and results!This product came into my life at a moment in history. Felt like getting a little gift in the post! A great product, clear instructions and lovely end result. Only thing I will say is the step to wash out bowl and tip over at the end wasn't a great experience as I use a black dye and have long thick hair. The same can be achieved with dampening the hair with the shower and rubbing the colour as they do at the hairdressers. Caused a lot of mess I could have done without. My eSalon hair colorI was under the misconception that all hair coloring was basically the same. WRONG! eSalon's is easy to use, no horrible odor, and looks natural and fantastic. Gray still thereSo this did make my hair soft. However my hair did go a little on the orange side in sun light. Grays where still there. Think I will try more of an ash color blonde next time to get rid of the red/orange tone. Hopefully they can do something to help gray coverage better.
