Almost thereThe color was nice, but not quite true to the photo. I expect more violet undertone and it seemed just reddish to me. Gray coverage was OK. It didn't quite saturate and was very light compared to the rest of my hair. Thankfully I don't have too much gray hair, just some strands around my temple. I didn't have an issue with gray coverage with other brands and I followed the instructions to the T. (The instructions by the way were very detailed, which is a plus) The additional color that was included for my ends smelled so strong with ammonia. Which is strange because the color for my roots didn't have much of a smell. I like how my hair didn't feel damaged after and seemed smoother and shinier. Overall my experience with this product and color was ok. I am going to try again after suggestions made to the colorist. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love the color but....I love the color. The process is easy however, it is not covering all my gray by my part line. I have tried to leave it on a bit longer, I have tried to make sure I get it saturated with the color. It just seems to have a bit of trouble with my resistant gray. Great productSo I wanted something that would colour my greys as the over counter products in the shops just wasn’t doing that. So I picked what I wanted, sent a photo and the colour got sent. Unfortunately the colour for the ends went all over the box. So I sent a picture of it and resent me another one. Customer service was great. Color soonerI think i was too’ scared’ so i only used hsf the color provided and took it off 5-7 minutes too early. So now only after a couple if weeks , my roots are starting to gray so moved the date to the 19th from the 26th If it wont damage my hair, i would like to get it the the 11th instead 0 of 1 people found this review helpful. Just the right ColorI am very pleased with the overall color. I'm not sure that it will be ok for the next time. But we'll see. I do think this feels very harsh and my hair has taken a lot of time to feel a little recovery from the damage. I wish I could find a rinse that added a little color and then I would enjoy tinted gray hair.
