Orange is not flatteringThis color was very warm in a very unflattering way. Lots of reddish tones, which I had noted was my biggest concern. I also did the light set, which came out in a very unflattering orange tone. I emailed eSalon but no one has contacted me regarding my ugly hair. Update: I was contacted by my colorist to try and remedy the situation. She is sending free: tint rinse for the brassiness and a new highlight kit. I will try it again! It Looks Really Great!Color looks great, not too dark and NO BRASS! Slightly Auburn tint to area that has never been colored but I like it. The only way to get my hair to color without any red at all is to bleach, then color, which eats my thin hair to bits. Instructions were great, truly appreciated the stuff for the ends...they don't look over colored at all. Thanks to my colorist, Cystella! WOWED!After years 30+ years of having my hair professionally colored, I was hesitant to try esalon. I am so glad I did! The color was perfect and the application process very simple with the detailed instructions included in the kit that came with the color and instructions personally tailored to my specific coverage and color needs. In LoveI love the concept and convenience of this company! No more worrying if my color will be in stock or running out of gloves or developer. My hair is thick and coarse and curly. At first I was worried there wasn’t enough color in the bottle, but it was the perfect amount. As long as I color my hair, I will use this product. My hair has never been so soft!This was so easy and everyone loved the color. I got more compliments than when I went to the salon!
