I love it!They are very personalized and make sure you are getting the right color with questions and photos. I have not had any coloring problems using e salon and the color is long-lasting and when I asked to lighten my color just a smidge, they got it right. Great SystemThe directions were super easy to follow and even though I had my sister do the actual process, I probably could have figured it out myself. Originally had issues with the color but adjusting it was so easy and the stylists were very quick and helpful in their responses. Definitely will keep using this system.
