I used esalon for the first time about a month ago. It's so easy to apply and the color was exactly what I was looking for! I also love love love the dye remover wipe!

This hair color is simple to use and consistently the perfect color. I've received tons of compliments and never had any unpleasant surprises. Red hair can be difficult to match, but eSalon has done a fabulous job!

I have to removed my previous review, it wasn't good, the first time results were not what i wanted, but someone from customer service contacted me, they were very attentive and worry about my satisfaction. They fixed my color and now, to be honest, i'm so happy not only for the new results in my hair color but for the great customer service. They are fast and ready to respond all your questions and concerns. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!

From the placing of the order to the packaging and the personalized instructions everything was amazing. Let me just say the best part was the packaging and instructions. When I got my box I just stared at it forever, I felt spoiled. Well, now its time to wash the dye out and review the rest.
