Absolutely Perfect!Omg! I didn't think this would work but it did!! It was so easy - the packaging came with everything I needed and the instructions were so clearly written. Whoever invented the customer package was brilliant. Wow!I used your product for the first time today and approached it with a bit of trepidation not knowing how things would turn out!!! I did cheat a bit when I saw how deep the colour was looking after the first 15 minutes, and only did the second timing for 5 minutes before a minor panic! I did however massage the remaining liquid through my hair for the next step. And then fingers crossed, I blow dried my hair. Amazing colour - excellent grey cover, (need to practise a bit more on some areas at the back to make sure I get it 100% covered) and love the slight coppery tint that is in the colour. It is just the right colour thank you. It’s much nicer than my very expensive salon cover! Pretty good -- pretty easy -- mostly pretty hairI used for the first time -- had about 6 weeks of growth -- I am pretty grey/white in the crown and bangs area. The directions and application of the product was easy. I just think my roots could be a little more even with the rest of my hair color -- maybe the roots needed longer than 15 minutes??? Healthy Beautiful ColorI've dyed my hair a ton in the past, I'm 33 and especially in my teen years I never liked my natural hair color. After a few recent years of cleansing my hair out and chopping off all the dead crusty hair, I finally had my natural color back. It felt great but the sun took the dark tones away. I came across eSalon randomly and decided to try it. I went for a dark plum type black. Immediately the next day I received a friendly voicemail about the color I chose. It was out of stock and when I called back and talked to a stylist I ended up saying they could choose what they thought would look best. That was one of the best choices I have made for my hair.
