I like the concept, but need to tweak the colorI really enjoyed receiving the entire kit, packaging and product seem really nice. I usually color at home so this is more expensive than my regular haircolor I pick up at the drugstore, but since I use one that is hard to find in stores here in Austria, I thought I would give this a try. Best At-Home Dying Experience I've Ever Had *not clickbait*Seriously. This hair dye kit was 10000% worth it. I've done the whole box dye years ago, then started going to salons twice or thrice a year, then as of recent stopped being able to afford the salon. So I tried Artic Fox and Overtone to maybe help refresh my black hair for longer, but they never lasted very long and didn't cover my greys (semi-permanent, duh). I didn't wanna go back to box dye cause I know it's not good for my hair, so I was looking for the best alternative I could find without having to figure out the Sally's hair dyeing aisle. I think you can guess the rest. The sign-up was not only extensive and easy to navigate, but when the kit came in everything was ready to go with step-by-step instructions. It took me almost half the time it would normally take for me to dye my hair with box dyes, and actually covered ALL of my roots, including my greys. didn't feel "customized"as you can see, my roots are darker than the rest of my hair. i wanted an all over, one color look, but the colors sent to me for roots and ends were the same color, and now my roots are still darker. didn't feel like a customized color process after all was said and done. i really like the color my ends came out, but i'm highly disappointed with the roots. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
