PleasedMy first color was exactly what I wanted, Dark brown (cool beige). Impressed by quality of color liquid: no dripping or running, plenty of product left over. I have resistant grays that may require some color/time adjustment. Application was easy and not messy. The smell was too powerful and dried out my hairI was hopeful that this product would work for me, but was very disappointed. First off the smell was very strong. So much so that by the time I got into the shower it was burning my eyes and nose, and my eyes would not stop watering. This alone would make me not want to use again. On top of that it really dried out my hair, and I am just now able to not have it full of static after 5 weeks. The color faded pretty quickly, and I can see my grey showing again. I am getting one more bottle due to the auto ship. I called to cancel the order, but was told that I could not cancel it even though it has not shipped. I will not be using it.
