I had some pretty bright highlights that I was wanting to cover and return back to a color closer to my natural color. This did the job! Highlights are gone, and my hair is a great dark brown/red color. Be careful of your bathtub / shower! Mine is white and it took me a good two weeks to get some of the staining out.

I was pleasantly surprised how the color matched my hair so well. I sent in a picture as suggested and I’m sure that was one of the reasons. It colored my grey roots better than any of the box dyes you can purchase at the stores and just as good as the hair salon I go to. Thank you esalon!

I love the way it is personalized just for me. Not the results I wanted but I will continue working with my stylist to get where I want to be color wise. Easy to apply, but does have a strong chemical smell.

Color came out great & covered my gray. Only problem I had was I thought I’d get gloves to help color my hair but there weren’t any in box.
