Love your product!I’ve been a consistent, very satisfied customer since 2014. I love the custom color mixed just for me, and the fact that this formula doesn’t dry my hair out or have other harsh effects as store box color sometimes does. I have more grey, obviously, than I did in 2014 so I don’t color my hair quite as often as I did then. But even with that, the color is very natural looking, and my hair absorbs the color in a way that reflects the natural variations in color it already has, so I’m always very happy with the result. And as it grows out, there are no harsh lines and it all blends beautifully. And the customer service is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!! 2 of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Hair colorDid not last like it used to. Started washing out with first shampoo and I used shampoo for color treated hair that I used 10 years ago when I purchased your product. I am very happy with the results!I was overpaying at the salon, but not anymore! It is worth doing it yourself (or with a friend). I touched up my roots yesterday, and my hair looks great! Perfect every timeI used so many shop bought colours, BUT once tried I’ve continued to buy from esalon. Easy to understand instructions, a colourist there to advise or make changes at any time.
