Completely missed the markAfter providing details, current photos and 3 desired color images I imagined I would be supplied with the right kit. I even spoke with esalon prior to make it clear that I want to remove my red tones out of my light brown hair to go to a lighter neutral blonde. The results I endured up with is a darker red shade. My hair seems darker and less bright compared to my natural hair color... Now I dont know what to do...I've uploaded a after photo to show the result. Great productI am so pleased with the result I got after coloring my hair. I had very blond highlights all over with my roots showing. I wanted to darken my hair to the most natural color (dark blond). I filled out my profile on the site and ordered my kit. They made me a custom color and a few days later it arrived at my door. I absolutely love the packaging, it’s so personal and there are easy to follow instructions. This was my first time coloring my hair at home, it was very easy.
