order not receivedAccording to your shipping confirmation email, my products were delivered to my home, via USPs on Friday November, 8 2019. They were not. It is a holiday weekend; Veteran's Day so perhaps the mail is a day behind and it will show up tomorrow. I will contact you again if it does not. So Easy To ApplyDue to health issues, among them I have a bad back/neck, making hairdresser wash basins so painful to use. However, using this kit at home, with help from my daughter, means I can look pretty and be proud of my hair! My hair is thick and comes just past my shoulders. It is a dark, dirty shade of blonde with some grey (mainly in my fringe and framing my face). Using my custom colour set lightens the darker underneath parts of my hair while also toning in the grey. I was hesitant!I was a little hesitant to try this product. I had been coloring with over the counter hair color and I was disappointed almost every time. At first I was afraid of having an allergic reaction to the esalon formula but I wasn't. Then I was afraid the color would not last but I was wrong! I am going to be a costumer of esalon for life!! Great color!I had a friend with experience to apply the dye as it was my 3rd time coloring my hair at the age 53. We applied some of the dye to my eyebrows too. NATURAL LOOKING REDSNatural redheads lose their color vibrancy before any other color. I started coloring my natural red hair in my mid-thirties but struggled for 25 years to find a good match. Ultimately, I found a hair colorist that could make my red hair look natural but she wanted $140. I decided to try Esalon after two years with the colorist. The first time I colored my hair, it wasn't quite right but within a couple days it looked really nice. I know now it was just my former color causing problems. The second coloring was perfect. It's a rich, warm light auburn. It's much better than the $140 color treatment at the salon because that was never perfect each time. Too light and not enough grey coverageI was looking forward to the colour change but it came out lighter than indicated in the personalised colour chart. Now I have a light brown shade at the parting of my hair and it looks disastrous. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
