Really natural look with great grey coverageBeing a natural redhead trying to cover grey has led me to some disastrous attempts to get to my natural colour. I have tried most off the shelf products over the years. I am well used to having to use colour removers to balance out failed colourings. I have to say that my first Custom Colour Set had resulted in the colour I have been looking for for years. I followed the online instructions exactly and I am a very happy redhead. Good first experienceReceived my first order today, colour looks great, the kit was amazing, one thing ill say is it was darker than expected however thats most likely my fault for not uploading a picture, will definitely reorder ill just adjust my colour slightly 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Dye Guck stuck on my scalpI wanted to love this, the past three shipments have been horrible. It takes at least an hour to get the dye off of my scalp. When the dye is processed it turns into an awful layer of some kind of guck that is impossible to remove. I have to wash with shampoo about four times and condition over and over in order to remove it all while scraping it off with my fingernails. Traumatizing as I only wash my hair once a week.
