My first custom color on my virgin hair, barely took! 😢 So I sent a message and a photo and my colorist was able to match it spot on! They also sent me a complimentary glaze for my ends, but since the color didn't take on the first round, I wanted to ensure the vibrancy throughout and just used my hair color ONLY! I'm very pleased and have loved everything I've tried from esalon.

I am so grateful for eSalon and have shared with so many about this product. The professional manner in which everything is handled is excellent. I have never failed to have all of my questions answered promptly and satisfactorily by my colorist. I have recommended eSalon to so many of my friends who are equally pleased!

The color is natural looking and stays very well. I like that it isn't a stinky process that damages the hair, and doesn't take long, so I can be on with my day and feeling good about the look of my hair.
