I love the color of my hair!Everytime I use eSalon color I love the bright, vibrant color of my hair. I love this product!My color results with eSalon have been wonderful. It covers my grays and the color lasts much longer than store products. My hair stays shiny never feels dried out. My only complaint is the waxy residue that seems to be left in my hair right after coloring. It looks like my hair is oily until I wash it the next time. I am thinking this is from the conditioner. Great product, easy to manage changes online. Spot on colour.Cannot fault this service. Consistent and responsive. One thing I would like them to do is cut down on the plastic packaging inside the box as well as ask if the customer requires more colour remover, gloves etc. Shampoo and conditioner sachets are always needed, not so much the other stuff. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
