This was my first coloring in two years or more and I am extremely pleased! I had my doubts, but I just finished blow-drying my hair and it is an exact match to what I needed! I can't believe how accurate you all were in determining the color I wanted. I will definitely purchase again when needed in a couple of months. Thanks for the professional colorist that continued to monitor my color. I'm hooked!

This was my first order and, I was a little skeptical, but the color matched my hair perfectly. I only did the roots and it worked great. Will definitely use again.

Everything promised - has been delivered. We did have to tweak the color once to get it just perfect - each order is consistent and right on time. I appreciate the follow up prior to each order being shipped too - allows the opportunity to change or delay my color. Hair feels great after each process - healthy and natural color. Thanks for making it so easy!!
