Worth a try!All in all experience was great~ from packaging, delivery, and the product. I have a very sensitive scalp but I didn't notice any residual itchiness on my scalp which what I normally experienced when I do it at the salon. As far as the color, I'm not satisfied with the first color of my choice so I'm reordering a different one and see if this is the one that I will really end up staying with. Love the custom colorI thought I knew why I wanted in my hair color until I tried what my colorist suggested might look better. Amazing! I couldn't be happier. The cost is a bit more than I can easily afford, but, with these results, I will put aside enough money to purchase from eSalon. I am trying the highlight kit today. The instructional video was simple and easy to understand. I expect the same great results I get with the overall color. Simply the BestI have been using the eSalon hair color for Over a year. It is so easy to use. Instructions are clear To follow. The result is beautiful, shiny and soft hair. Whenever I make an adjustment with the color it is an appropriate change and I have always been pleased with the results. I would NEVER spend the money to go to a Salon that overcharges and leaves you dissatisfied and sometimes with damaged hair. My E-Salon ColorLast month my hair color was really thick and a lot more red in it. It was so thick I had to take the cap off it to get it out. That was hard to do also because it was thick, My color is the Brown and Violet. I love what I have been getting in the pass Please keep it to that. Thank you. I may need to adapt colorI still am baffled by the gel like gunk that the coloring process entails in rinsing...almost like the water doesn't rinse it out...it just stays in one place...maybe some explanation in this in the instructions to warn that it will do this and the most sufficient way to remove it...im always scared to use the shampoo after coloring because I don't want to ruin the color but I think its necessary along with conditioning of course to get the color gunk out...the color is really nice but im still having issues with brassiness after about a week...I have no red in my natural color and I was hoping salon could help me with this by given me the right mixture of cool ash neutral coloring but Ive yet to be able to get rid of the reddish color...maybe I need to have the color experts adjust my mix? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
