I like the personal service and the fact that it comes straight to my home. No more guessing in the color aisle at the store or finding out that the color I need is out of stock. My personal color that is mixed is spot on too!

Highlights just showed up in my hair. Great coverage. I don't know why I stopped receiving the second bottle to rinse through my hair. Was that part of the new formulation? After 3 weeks still looks great, although I always have gray hair on the sides of my hair when the new box arrives.

I absolutely love how my hair color came out!! The instructions were very clear and the products were easy to use. The color is so rich and beautiful! The after care products left my hair feeling so soft and it was amazingly shiny! Since using this hair color, I have not experienced the normal drying and brittle feel to dyed hair. I know that going dark the color will fade a bit, and it has, but overall I am extremely satisfied and will be continuing my subscription!
