Really messed my hair up!I followed in the instructions to a T. When I got out of the shower, my hair was a huge matted mess and it felt like it had a thick layer of goo on it. I got back in the shower and shampooed it two more times and did a deep conditioner. It feels slightly better now, but I think it fried my hair! I also ordered ash blonde and it’s not ash. Fantastic ColourI absolute love this colour, I have strong silvery grey hair, its covers every single hair, Its exactly mix to my natural colour.My hair shines and is soft. #1 Hair ColorThis is by far the best hair color product. I've always used over the counter permanent hair color, and while it would come out Ok, my hair never felt soft, the color faded quickly and never covered my gray's. Almost perfect colorFinally tried my custom color application after being a bit intimidated by the complexity of the instructions (at least compared to what I usually do with the drugstore color kits I'm used to getting). But overall it turned out to be less of a hassle than I thought, and I appreciated having a very thorough "kit" (multiple pairs of gloves and the color removing wipes especially). So far I'm loving the color, which is much truer to the now-discontinued color I used to use than any replacement I've found so far, and the shampoo/conditional samples smell amazing! So far so great!I just finished coloring for the first time. The packaging of the supplies was very organized and personal.
