So patientI want to thank the colorist. She was so patient with adjusting the color to get it just right. Have a color I love and now I am up to date on using it. Thank you. ColorThe mahogany added into the color looks awful when my hair is done. Very dark and want to have lighter natural looking auburn as my overall color when I am finished. I haven't used the last 2 boxes and will try one of them again this week but have not been happy with the darkness as does not look natural on me. Wanted to like thisI’ve been using this product for over a year and am consistently having breakage and poor coverage of grays. I cancelled before my last shipment and it shipped anyway. I somehow always receive the emails that my color HAS shipped but never receive the “your product ships soon” version. I’ve gone back to using a hair colorist. Too darkI had selected a very light blonde due to that being the color I last used. The colorist I worked with said that it was too blonde and would t work with my medium blonde hair. I took her suggestion and she lightened the color she chose for me. However, after doing the color in my hair, it made it darker than I had it, which I didn’t want and feel it looks mousy. Esalon just gets meI have been a customer since the pandemic. And I don’t plan to change anytime soon. Just a couple messages back and forth with my colorist, a picture every now and then, and they nail it every time! I feel comfortable allowing esalon to take care of my hair color… which, after several tears and frustrations with actual salons, is a really, REALLY big deal to me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
