What a Mess!My hair ended up two-toned with bozo red at the roots and an ugly dingy reddish brown at the ends. The product was so harsh on my hair it turned it into a glob of mush when I rinsed it. My package did not include shampoo and the conditioner did not want to rinse out. I would never try this stuff again! Better off with box brands from Walmart.
