Beautiful, natural colorI love the custom created and very natural color from eSalon. Also their Customer Service is wonderful - responsive, caring. My hair seems unaffected by the coloring, although a bit softer and lacking in body than before. But it is shiny, feels good and not over processed. Since my main criticism was that the color faded very quickly (in a week or so after coloring) I was provided with a replacement color. I still will continue to purchase the color product and appreciate the ability to tweak the actual tones for future orders. It Brought Life to My White HairI've always felt fortunate that my hair became white rather than a mottled shade or a truly gray color, and this product gave it a pretty sheen and new life. Simply the best!I don't have time to sit in salon's for hours getting my hair dyed every 4 weeks so this product, not only is it the best coverage, but I was impressed with how we got to my correct colour. I received a call from my online stylist who was amazing and after 3 changes I now have my perfect colour at salon level to put on whenever i want. I highly recommend it as my hair is very grey and the coverage is amazing. I feel 10 years younger and my hair is in amazing condition. My colour, my choiceI love the way I can choose just the right colour for me and then change and adapt it whenever it suits me. The staff are really great and any change is quickly acted upon so that just the right colour turns up.
